Description:

Ibuprofen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agent with analgesic and antipyretic properties. It is a non-selective, reversible COX inhibitor (IC50 for human recombinant COX-1 and COX-2 are 2.6 and 1.53 µM, respectively).
