Description:

Ketoprofen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agent with analgesic and antipyretic properties. It is used to treat rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, dysmenorrhea, and alleviate moderate pain. Ketoprofen is a non-selective NSAID exhibiting IC50 values of 0.5 µM and 2.33 µM for human recombinant COX-1 and COX-2, respectively.
