Description:

Trapidil interrupts the autocrine loop at the PDGF and PDGF-receptor level.Trapidil has proved to possess a significant antiproliferative activity. Trapidil is an anti-platelet drug active against various aggregating agents, such as collagen, ADP, arachidonic acid, PAF and calcium ionophore.
