Description:

Ketoconazole is anti-fungal agent with potent anti-metastatic, anti-neoplastic, and anti-psoriatic activities. It is an inhibitor of cytochrome P-450 in steroid biosynthesis. Also acts as an inhibitor of 5-lipoxygenase and thromboxane synthase activities.
