Analgesics    Anti-Inflammatory    Cardiovascular

Target:

Kinases    IκB kinase (IKK)    G-Protein-Coupled Receptors (GPCRs)    Endothelin receptor    Enzymes    Kinases    Cyclooxygenase (COX)    Reductases    Platelet Aggregation inhibitors

Description:

Acetylsalicylic acid is an anti-inflammatory and antipyretic agent and acts as the inhibitor of cyclooxygenase which results in the inhibition of the biosynthesis of prostaglandins. It also inhibits platelet aggregation and is used in the prevention of arterial and venous thrombosis.

Targets:Prostaglandin G/H synthase 1; Prostaglandin G/H synthase 2; Aldo-keto reductase family 1 member C1; 5-AMP-activated protein kinase; Endothelin-1 receptor; Inhibitor of nuclear factor kappa-B kinase subunit beta; Cellular tumor antigen p53; 78 kDa glucose-regulated protein; Ribosomal protein S6 kinase alpha-3; NF-kappa-B inhibitor alpha; Nuclear factor NF-kappa-B;
