Target: | G-Protein-Coupled Receptors (GPCRs) Dopamine receptor 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor (5-HT receptor) inhibitors Glutamate receptor Enzyme-Linked Receptors Receptor protein serine/threonine kinases Ion Channels Sodium channel Ligand-gated ion channels Transporters Ion Pumps Neurotransmitter transporter |
Description: | Chloroprocaine is an anesthetic agent indicated for production of local or regional anesthesia. It blocks the generation and the conduction of nerve impulses, presumably by increasing the threshold for electrical excitation in the nerve, by slowing the propagation of the nerve impulse and by reducing the rate of rising of the action potential. |
Targets: | Sodium channel protein type 10 subunit alpha; Glutamate receptor ionotropic, NMDA 3A; Neuronal acetylcholine receptor subunit alpha-10; 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 3A; Sodium-dependent dopamine transporter; Protein kinase C delta type; |
